Music in our schools cannot survive on school funding alone. Thanks to the financial support of generous donors, Summit High School’s music programs continue to grow and produce award-winning ensembles. Donations can be made to the general fund, or a specific music program.

What your donations support

The Friends of Music general fund supports recurring operational expenses of the Friends of Music organization as well as all three Summit music programs. These funds are also used to support need-based trip and concert attire expenses, realizing our vision of an equitable music experience for all students. 

The Band, Choir and Orchestra programs depend on donations to purchase instruments and equipment. Donations also fund valuable experiences such as travel, educational clinics at universities, and specialized instruction.

Participation in a Summit music program is so much more than just a class, it is a formative life experience that we are proud to support. Help us have the most positive impact possible with a donation today.
